The Cucutime API and MCP server are offered as a free trial, "as is", without warranties or service levels. We may change, limit or end the trial, or any tool, at any time.
The keyless tools (generate_song_idea, get_song_for_name, search_catalog and their REST endpoints) use no AI and may be used in any app, including apps for children. The AI tools (create_personalized_song, moderate_kids_text and /api/dev/v1/*) use generative AI.
You must not use the AI tools in any website, app or service that is directed to, or is likely to be used by, anyone under 18. Only adults (parents, caring adults, teachers) may trigger them. If you break this rule we revoke your key immediately.
Send only the first name the song needs. Never send surnames, photos, addresses, schools or any other personal data. We do not store the name: it is used only during the call; the audio link expires after 24 hours and the file is deleted. You are responsible for any consent the law requires in your app (for example COPPA or GDPR) and for whatever you store on your side.
Only for content meant for children (songs, learning and play). Songs are made by AI and can contain mistakes: review them before sharing. No characters or brands of third parties. You are responsible for how you and your users use the generated content.
Each key has 20 songs and a per-minute rate limit, and the trial has a shared daily budget. Past a limit the API answers 429. Do not create several keys or accounts to get around the limits.
Reselling or sharing access to the API; bypassing limits or safety filters; using outputs to train or improve AI models; unlawful, harmful or deceptive content; medical, legal or psychological advice.
Keep it secret. We store only a hash of it. Asking for a new key with the same email revokes the previous one.
Your email, the line about your project and usage counts per tool, to run the trial and to write to you about it. We do not sell them.
To the extent the law allows, Cucutime (BrainyStack LLC) is not liable for damages arising from the trial or from generated content.
